Job Description

• Bi-monthly promotion setup and execution with accuracy.
• Collaborate with finance and vendors on invoice/PO issue.
• Work with sales team to compile promotion forecasts.
• Brands and channels sell-out analysis.
• Conceptualizes and supervises the implementation of brand-building and sales-generating events that express the brand’s heritage, image, and expertise.
• Directs the digital agency in developing and execution the digital component of launch campaigns to maximize awareness and bring in salon traffic.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial – able to deal with ambiguity and work with little or no direction.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 2 – 4 years of marketing/brand experience in FMCG/Beauty/professional hair/salon industry or relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to excel in a multi-cultural environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative (think outside the box)
• Team player, proactive, self-motivated.
• Have a passion for beauty.
• Languages: Thai and English required.
• Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
